Keller graduated from American International School of Johannesburg (Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, South Africa) in 1996 for 11th & 12th grade. Prior to that he attended Bishop Mackenzie School (Lilongwe, Malawi) for 9th & 10th grade. He played rugby, track (1600m, 800m), basketball, soccer, & volleyball in high school. This past weekend the Lady Bears competed in the largest tournament in the state, Bring the Hammer, in Cabot. We were one of the lucky teams asked to represent our state against Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

Congratulations are due! SHHS has been named a Heart Safe School after working with Arkansas Children's Hospital on Project Adam: how fast
do we respond to someone in need? in this case, our first responders were our very own students!
ICYMI: During the month of November, the Sylvan Hills High Quiz Bowl team sponsored a No Shave November fundraiser for teachers and staff, raising $800 for the Arkansas Food Bank. The money will fund 4,000 meals for Arkansans in need.
During the school year, SYLVAN HILLS HIGH has the opportunity for TWO students to represent our school and student body at the monthly Board of Education meetings. Last night, senior Grace Burlison represented our school at the December meeting. We're so thankful for her hard work and willingness to represent the Bears. Way to go, Grace! Our next rep will be in April.
