Collaboration is major part of what we do everyday at Lawson! Earlier this week, our first graders took some time to read to our kindergarteners. As one of the AVID strategies, we love to see collaboration between students, especially the youngest among us!
Mrs. Sahlin's class celebrated Pi Day (3.14) with a pie tasting. They worked with fractions to share the pies equally and then surveyed each other to graph the data and see which flavor was the class favorite. What's YOUR favorite type of pie?
