SYLVAN HILLS MIDDLE 8th grade Arkansas History students made Native American artifacts to celebrate Native American Heritage Month. The artifacts were from Caddo, Quapaw, and Osage tribes. I'm really proud of my students on this project. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


Students at WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON ELEMENTARY read "Balloons Over Broadway". We discussed cause and effect and made our own "balloons" for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We also added in some multiplication and division with array cities! #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


This was an engineering project done by 6th grade DRIVEN Virtual Academy students. They created a playground that had to meet certain constraints and was accessible for all children. They designed and presented it using 3D software, Tinkercad. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


LANDMARK ELEMENTARY 3rd grade students worked on editing a Winter writing project. After completing their Winter writing project, the students created an ornament to match their story. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


All grade levels in a JOE T. ROBINSON MIDDLE art class participated in a project called "American Landscape and State Flag Symbolism." Students interpreted the US landscape according to state flags and presented projects on Veteran's Day. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


PINE FOREST ELEMENTARY hosted a Night of the Notables. Alpha students dressed as their notable and did a presentation. This was the cumulation if their ten week research project. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence


These are two projects from a JOE T. ROBINSON HIGH shop class. The cart was fabricated, welded, and built for the E-Sports club. The coffee table involved the students sanding the wood, bending, and welding the legs and an epoxy finish. #pcssdproud #equityandexcellence
