Dr. E. Lisa Watson has been in PCSSD for 37 years. She was a special education and social studies teacher before becoming an administrator. She served as an assistant principal at Sylvan Hills Middle school for 3 years, principal at College Station Elementary School for 9 years, and is currently the proud Instructional Leader of Mills Middle School for the last 7 years. She is the proud wife of Mr. Daron Watson Sr. and has two adult children, Daron Jr. and Alicya Watson.

Mr. Jackson is beginning his 26th year in education. He holds a Bachelor's' Degree in Special Education, a Master's' Degree Special Education, and a Specialists' Degree in Educational Leadership. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and traveling.
