As I enter my 14th year in education, I am so excited, humbled, and proud to continue to serve as principal at Baker Elementary. As a lifelong learner myself, I have earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (UCA), a Master of Arts in Teaching (UCA), a Master of Educational Leadership (ATU), a Specialist in Educational Leadership (ATU), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (ATU) as well. Lifelong learning is a passion of mine that I work to instill in each of our students. My mission is to continue to build on Baker's legacy of excellence while encouraging our students that the path to success begins here. With our phenomenal staff, our amazing community, and our commitment to student excellence, there is nothing stopping us from having an awesome year!

Mrs. Sierra has 20 years of education experience in PCSSD, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Masters' degree in Educational Leadership, National Board Certification, Online Teaching Endorsement, and English as Second Language Endorsement. She is married to Chris Sierra, an assistant principal at Sylvan Hills High School. They have three children, one is a Sylvan Hills High graduate and two who attend Sylvan Hills Feeder Schools.
